Direct Mail

The core of building a successful group program, and ultimately where cost savings occur, is with our direct mail program. There are three types of direct mail options that carry the benefit of working as part of a group.

  • Option 1: A group of dealerships comes together to create custom mailers sharing an agreed-upon and consistent message.
  • Option 2: Each dealership within a group of dealerships runs separate promotions featuring one consistent background, but the information is customized to each dealership.
  • Option 3: A group of dealerships all run on one mail piece that contains the same offers.

Email Marketing

Our eTelligent™ Marketing Solutions are a cost-effective and targeted addition to any Group Programs marketing initiative. There are three e-mail options in our versatile Ecceleration™ program, any of which may be used with direct mail or as a quick way to get the word out about a service opportunity.

Service Reminder Program

The Service Reminder Program allows dealerships to stay in front of their service customers with personalized letters divided into four categories:

  • Thank You letters build customer loyalty by showing appreciation for a customer’s business, as well as encouragement to return
  • Reminder letters provide reminders of upcoming manufacturer-recommended service intervals
  • Recommended letters target a dealer’s current customer base with specific recommendation/declined service reminders
  • Welcome letters introduce the customer to the service department


When a group runs a promotion with a sweepstakes or premium (gift cards), we create a mailer to feature the premium offer, the logo of the co-brander and selected coupons. We handle the compliance, purchase and distribution of co-branding materials.

Point-of-Purchase (POP) Kits

These kits are promotion support materials that may be used with direct mail. These brightly colored floor graphics, table toppers and window clings are used in a service department to draw attention to advertised service maintenance offers. They have an up-sell potential and promote service writer awareness.
