Tricia Patton
Managing Partner
As Owner, Co-founder, and Managing Partner of Traffic Builders, Tricia is focused on expanding Traffic Builders' influence in the marketplace as well as increasing market share for our client base. Tricia's 17 years in the automotive industry have been focused on sales & marketing, and she is a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and Women’s Automotive Association International (WAAI). Tricia has been published in Auto Success Magazine and been featured in Louisville Business First for being the owner of one of the fifty fastest growing companies in Louisville four consecutive years. She is a graduate of Western Kentucky University, with a degree in corporate communications.
Chuck Patton
President/Managing Partner
As President and Managing Partner of Traffic Builders, Chuck is focused on our corporate vision and market strategies. He continually looks for new market technologies to see what will build traffic and bring solid results for our customers. As an expert in the automotive industry, Chuck writes regularly for automotive marketing publications. He is a graduate of Western Kentucky University, with a degree in Psychology.
Nick Simon
Marketing & Product Development Manager
Nick leads all of Traffic Builders marketing and product development initiatives. He has been instrumental in the development of We Auto Go Green™, REV® Live! and Ecceleration™, our proprietary e-mail marketing platform. Nick earned a degree in Advertising Design and has technical certificates in XHTML, CSS, SEO and inbound marketing strategies.
Cindy Snyder
General Manager
As the General Manager, Cindy is responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and managing benefits and compliance issues. She brings 13 years of customer service management experience to the team, along with her organizational skills and customer service focus. Cindy is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and has been at Traffic Builders for 8 years.
Sharon Hardesty
Operations Manager
As the Operations Manager, Sharon oversees the daily operations in the Design, Client Sales and Service and Fulfillment departments. Before coming to Traffic Builders, Sharon was the Graphic Composing Manager for Auto Mart weekly magazines (a division of Cox Enterprises, Inc.), where she worked with a sales force of over 100 people in over nine states and thirteen cities, as well as 7 different printers throughout the United States to meet weekly deadlines for magazines. Sharon has over 13 years of management experience in design and advertising and is currently furthering her education to include a degree at ITT Technical Institute for Software Development Technology.
Denise Homsher
Senior Data Manager
Denise brings 10 years of direct mail and e-mail data management experience to Traffic Builders. She manages the data team, reviews processes and projects to ensure quality and efficiency for client mailing lists and is responsible for results reporting and development. She has expertise in mailing lists, database applications and Crystal Reports development. Denise graduated Magna Cum Laude with a master’s degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Melissa Buonadonna
Fulfillment Manager
Melissa directs the well–oiled machine known as the fulfillment department. She and her staff handle all of the receiving, processing and mailing of thousands of pieces of direct mail every month. She has 14 years of fulfillment management experience and is a member of the Kentuckiana PCC. She also holds several professional postal certifications including those in: Mailing and Shipping Services, Quality Addressing and Intelligent Mail.
Don Anderson
IT Manager
Don has served as a senior technology consultant, project manager and analyst on a wide range of projects in his 25 year career. He has worked on such projects as an Intelligent Medical System for NASA and our REV Reports system at Traffic Builders. His primary responsibilities are the management of our technology infrastructure and the development of our software applications. He holds an AA in Data Processing and a BA in History from the University of New Orleans.
