Traffic Builders offers a competitive salary and benefits package. This is just one way we demonstrate our commitment to our team members. All insurance and benefits begin after a 90-day waiting period.
Medical and Dental
Medical and dental coverage is offered to all full-time team members. Premiums are deducted on a pre-tax basis.
Flexible Spending Account
Flexible spending accounts are available to allow employees to set aside a portion of their incomes on a pre-tax basis in order to pay for certain health care and dependent care expenses.
Basic Life Insurance
The company pays 100% for each team member to have a basic life insurance policy. In addition, the company pays 100% of accidental death and dismemberment coverage for each team member.
Short- and Long-term Disability
Team members may purchase this insurance, which pays a weekly benefit when they are off work due to a non-work-related illness or injury.
Simple IRA
Traffic Builders offers a SIMPLE IRA. Under a SIMPLE IRA plan, team members may choose to make salary reduction contributions, and Traffic Builders will match up to 3% of each team member’s contribution. All contributions are made directly to an Individual Retirement Account or Individual Retirement Annuity (IRA) set up for each employee (a SIMPLE IRA). SIMPLE IRA plans are maintained on a calendar-year basis.
Holidays
Traffic Builders offers six paid holidays.
Paid Time-off
Team members accrue paid time off on a monthly basis. Paid days off are available as vacation, sick or personal time. A paid day off is also given for a team member’s birthday.
