Medical and Dental

Medical and dental coverage is offered to all full-time team members. Premiums are deducted on a pre-tax basis.

Flexible Spending Account

Flexible spending accounts are available to allow team members to set aside a portion of their incomes on a pre-tax basis in order to pay for certain health care and dependent care expenses.

Basic Life Insurance

The company pays 100% for each team member to have a basic life insurance policy. In addition, the company pays 100% of accidental death and dismemberment coverage for each team member.

Short- and Long-term Disability

Team members may purchase this insurance, which pays a weekly benefit when they are off work due to a non-work-related illness or injury.

Roth 401k

Traffic Builders offers a Roth 401k Retirement Plan. Each team member may choose to make salary reduction contributions, and Traffic Builders will match up to 3% of each team member’s contribution. All contributions are made directly to a 401k plan set up for each employee.

Health Savings Account

A Health Savings Account is an account that allows team members to put money into to save for future medical expenses. This is done on a pre-tax basis.
